Player beware!!
Nintendo smash hit Wii Fit
is usually associated with improved health, but for one fit and healthy
British man, the opposite proved true, with tragic results.
Tim
Eves, who was a keen fisherman, musician, and scout leader from the
Norfolk area of eastern England, collapsed and died shortly after
playing Wii Fit's jogging minigame -- and just moments after talking to
his mother by telephone.
"We spoke to him on the phone when he was playing on the Wii
machine. He told us he had just ordered himself a kebab and was sitting
there with a glass of port. But a little while after he had put the
phone down, he collapsed for no reason. It was completely out of the
blue," Eves' mother told the Daily Telegraph.
A
cause of death has not yet been established, but early reports suggest
Eves may have been a victim of Sudden Adult Death Syndrome, a condition
whereby apparently fit and healthy adults can suffer cardiac arrests
with no warning. There's no indication Wii Fit was to blame.

Today is payday. So that means I am
and
at the same time.
because anytime I get money is good.
because I know all the other employees and bosses are getting 10x more than I am, it's just depressing! I need to eat something sweet.
But from being sick all last week and pretty much unproductive, getting work done today felt extremely good. Gives me a feeling of some sense of worth. It's good to be back in action.

When I had time, I used to have a cornucopia (Even Stevens reference) of carnivorous plants - fly traps, sundews, and pitcher plants. When I started working, time was gone and I neglected my plants and they died off. But surprisingly, I still have a couple of faithful plants fighting to stay alive for me. And one of them is one of my favorites, the Australian Pitcher Plant. I've neglected it for months at a time and well, it's never looked healthier lol

Not sure if karma is religious or not but I'm a big believer in it. If you're a prick to me, one day, one week, one month or one year later, you'll get yours and I won't feel one bit sorry.
This works well for me because I am a pacifist, or more accurately, passive aggressive-ist. I don't need to "get back" at anything because the way the universe works, it will come back and bite you in the butt.
And this also applies for good deeds! Do something good for someone and you will be rewarded one day. I hope I get mineone day!
Oh ya, this isn't directed towards anyone or anything that happened, just sayin'!

On one of my forums I maintain, one of the members made me a customized pillow, for maintaining it and stuf.. and I've been complaining that I need a new pillow for a while. It was a very nice gesture and took her 3 days to make lol. Eat it up:
And yes, I am referred to as supernerd.

Mr. ShamWow (real name Vince Shlomi) is in jail! He paid a prostitute $1000 for sex. When they got to his place, they kissed but the pross bit his tongue and wouldn't let go. He then threw several punches to her head until she let go. I guess he isn't down for that kinky stuff.

What a horrible spring break. Get the flu, some Bronchitis, and even infected my work computer with a virus. What a week. The weekend is here and I hope I can reverse my (mis)fortune.

It began Sunday, I changed my car oil when it was about a cold 65 with the wind chill. After I was done, cleaned up the oil, I began feeling flu-y - body aching, sniffly, and a cough. Come Monday, it worsened. Tuesday, it was opposite: cough lessened but my body ached, it was very sensitive to every touch and sensation. It was cold no matter the temperature or what I was wearing. So I called in sick for work and stayed in bed the whole day. Wednesday, my body felt better, like my flu was gone but I had this hacking cough. Every cough carried a sample of mucus from my lungs. It would linger in the back of my throat, but I couldn't hock it out. The coughing is getting more painful and each time I cough I feel a little bit more of my lungs each time. The mucus almost goes up through the back of my nose and get that feeling like I just breathed in some water, like drowning, as crazy as that sounds, but not to that extent.
But I did find a soothing suppressant (I wouldn't say remedy). At work, I was drinking Arizona Green Tea with Honey and it was very friendly to the throat. My throat felt hydrated again and my coughing went down by a lot. This was the cold refridgerated iced tea, not warm tea.
