Finally they offer PSN games alongside the yucky Xbox Live games on Amazon! The way it works is, you purchase the game and you get a redemption code and just enter it when you are on PSN.

If you know some Amazon tricks, this could save you some money on PSN games!

Anyone play this damned game on FaceBook? All this game is mindless clicking.. All you do is click squares. Click. Click. Click... 2-3 days later, click it all again.

I hate the game but I made it fun again! I made a small program that clicks it for you. That simple. Has two buttons, since that's all there is to the game: Plow and Plant, then a list of radio buttons that gives you a choice of plants to plant. Anyway, everything is automated and no more carpal tunnel syndrome!! But the damn farmer still walks at a slow ass pace, but at least you can set it and walk away for a couple minutes. Ah, there's a bug where if you trap him in an enclosed area (ie fenced in) it will automatically get "processed" - Farmer Joe does not need to walk to it.

The PS3 fairy-godmother has present 3 more new games for my playing.

No need to ask me what I'll be doing this week. And next week.

Finally! Yup I "upgraded" my PSP-1000 (or phat) to custom firmware 5.0 M33-6.

I always wanted to but was too sceptical, afraid of "bricking" the PSP. So with the newer PSP-Go! coming out this fall (which I am getting), it wouldn't hurt much if I did brick my PSP (not knowing there's an unbricker, ironically). With my PSP updated with the latest official firmware, 5.30, I had to make a Pandora's battery and Magic Memory Stick. The battery is just basically a regular battery but 1 wire snipped. One small wire amoungst other small fragile wires. Get where I'm going? So I tested my surgeon skills and tried to seperate that wire. The battery itself was a killer to open with electrical wire attached to it. After picking, cutting, prying, gnawing, biting at the cover, I forced it open with a screw driver. I isolated the correct wire and starting to saw at it. After I was certain the two ends seperated, I taped it all up and tried to reboot. Anti-climatically, it failed.

So I just lost a good Sony OEM battery. But why now, I was too intrigued to let the PSP go to waste. I bought a Pandora's battery and PSP battery for $40. Set up and installation was tricky at first, because you don't know wtf you are doing. Needless to say, it was well worth it.

And they both have trophies!

Problem: Everytime I turn off the PS3 (through the XMB menu, not on/off switch), the fan in the rear would keep blowing!! For 10-30 minutes at least. It's not that loud but it is very annoying to say the least. I'd have to hit the off switch to make the fan stop.

Solution: Make sure the PS3 is in a well-ventilated area and stand the PS3 vertically!

Wolfenstein 3D (predecessor of Doom!) is out for download on PSN today (for $5.00). Go download it and go kill Hitler!

If that picture does not motivate you to take action, then nothing will.

Who would have thought this would be on sale directly from Amazon (and free shipping). Where the hell did they suddenly find a stock of these to sell?? Dreamcast was is an awesome console. Now you just got to find MvC2, Crazy Taxi, and Soul Caliber for it.
